Why do men not want to commit

Do you know the situation? You meet a man, everything seems to fit perfectly, but suddenly the morning messages become less and less frequent, the tone gets cooler and more distant, and when you ask where this is going, you get no concrete answer? We ask ourselves: why don't men want to commit?!

Maybe men are simply afraid of a committed relationship? Giving up quirks and habits, fixating on one woman. The fear of the relationship failing, of leaving the comfort zone. Away from the casual friends-with-benefits arrangement and into the serious side of life. Is a one-night stand easier and quicker to find than the woman of your life? Do men not want to commit, or are they just afraid of something new?

The craving for a firm hand

Many men have no desire to enter a committed relationship. After all, could they then still eat yesterday's pizza for breakfast, lie around on the couch in boxer shorts all day, go out partying until five in the morning and then get up hungover at four in the afternoon? Be out on the field with the buddies every Saturday? Bad experiences from past relationships are sometimes one reason, but not the main reason why many men don't want to commit.

Mrs. Right

Everything is great, you meet the supposedly perfect woman, but something seems to be missing? Men, too, have the idea of a dream woman who was made just for them. But unlike women, men weigh up whether the initial "honeymoon phase" is really enough for a stable, lasting relationship. Why keep hoping for that certain spark when it doesn't show up at the start?

Everything seems more important

Many men have high career goals and often put them ahead of any desire for a lasting, committed relationship. They are very busy and strive for big success at work. Personal relationships often end up largely falling by the wayside for a while. The same goes for hobbies. Many men play soccer, throw darts, go cycling and so on, so love can easily move into the background.

Men don't want to commit and women are the ones who give in more
All in all, men are just people with needs that women can't always understand. But if all the circumstances really do fit for a man and the woman is willing to put up with one quirk or another, every pot can eventually find its lid.
